1,000 socially subsidised flats to be built by 2021

ZAGREB, Jan 21 (Croatia Sun News) – More than 8,000 flats have been built through the socially subsidised housing programme (POS), an investment worth HRK 4 billion, and 1,000 new flats are to be built by the beginning of 2021, the Construction and Physical Planning Ministry recently announced.

Cross-border payments in euro get cheaper in non-eurozone member states

ZAGREB, Dec 19 (Croatia Sun News) – According to new European Union rules on cross-border payments, which went into force on Monday, fees for cross-border payments in euro in non-eurozone countries will be the same as fees charged for domestic transactions.

Butkovic says more than €2.7 bn being invested in Croatia’s transport system
