Minister announces support for independent artists

ZAGREB, April 1 (Croatia Sun News) – The Culture Ministry is implementing measures to cushion the fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic and recent earthquake in Zagreb and as of April 1 applications will be invited for support to independent artists, Minister Nina Obuljen-Korzinek said, adding that new measures were being prepared.

Lipizzan horse breeding traditions proposed for UNESCO list

ZAGREB, March 30 (Croatia Sun News) – A request by eight countries for the Lipizzan Horse Breeding Traditions to be inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity was recently submitted, and the final decision will be made by UNESCO in 2021.
