DUGA RESA, Jan 29 (Croatia Sun News) – Officials of Karlovac County and the municipality of Velika Kladusa, Bosnia and Herzegovina, negotiated on Tuesday in Duga Resa cooperation in a project of long-term development of agricultural production in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia, which will be co-financed through the EU’s INTERREG programme.

Varhely: Western Balkans should take advantage of Croatian EU presidency

ZAGREB, Jan 28 (Croatia Sun News) – European Union Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhely said during a meeting with the chairmen of both houses of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliament in Brussels on Monday that the Croatian presidency of the Council of the EU would be a chance for Western Balkan countries, calling on Bosnia and Herzegovina to carry out the necessary reforms.

Serbia-Turkey-Bosnia trilateral meeting held, work starts on Belgrade-Sarajevo motorway

ZAGREB, Oct 9 (Croatia Sun News) – “When you connect people, they think about a better life and a different standard of living instead of how to argue,” Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in Belgrade on Tuesday after a meeting between Serbia, Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina, noting that “for the first time today maps were outlined to draw highways and railways” connecting people in the region.

Croatia invests over €1bn in Bosnia and Herzegovina to date

ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Croatia Sun News) – Croatia has invested slightly over €1 billion in Bosnia and Herzegovina to date, which makes it the second largest investor in the country, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA) said in a statement on Friday, citing central bank statistics.
