Croatian culture minister attends UNESCO General Assembly session

ZAGREB, Nov 19 (Croatia Sun News) – Croatian Culture Minister Nina Obuljen Korzinek addressed the 40th session of the UNESCO General Assembly in Paris, and described how on Nov 18 Croatia payed tribute to the victims of the Homeland War in Vukovar, Skabrnja and elsewhere in the country, and emphasized that it was important to promote peace and tolerance as well as all values promoted by UNESCO.

Transnational project to showcase Jewish heritage presented in Osijek

Apoxyomenos Museum added to European KeyQ+ itinerary for tourists

ZAGREB, Sept 17 (Croatia Sun News) – The Museum of Apoxyomenos in the town of Mali Losinj on the northern Croatian island of Losinj has become a part of the tourist itinerary within the European project called KeyQ+ that promotes points of reference for tourists and general public interested in culture and gastronomy, the local tourist authorities have recently reported.
