The Bitanga family started their first restaurant, Amoret, in Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town in 1999. Situated across from the Dubrovnik Cathedral, under the management of its founder Tonći Bitanga and his children Ana and Petar, Amoret offered tourists a scenic place in the shade where they could enjoy a light meal and a cool drink in a classical Mediterranean atmosphere.
