US F-16s and Croatian Kiowa Warriors demonstrate close air support control at Slunj army range

ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Croatia Sun News) – A range control tower, donated by the US government, was presented on the Croatian army range at Slunj on Friday, and the capability of close air support control was demonstrated with three US F-16 aircraft and two Croatian Air Force Kiowa Warrior helicopters.

US ambassador to Bosnia says Russia destabilises W. Balkans

ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Croatia Sun News) – US Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Eric Gordon Nelson said in a recent interview that Russia’s moves in the Balkans were destabilising. Meanwhile, Russia expressed its regrets on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s aspiration to join NATO, its embassy in Sarajevo said in response to BiH politicians’ renewed discussions on drawing closer to NATO.
