ZAGREB, May 11 (Croatia Sun News) – The Croatian National Bank’s (HNB) house price index showed a 9% increase in 2019 compared to 2018, the highest growth rate since 2007, but analysts expect a significant decrease in sales, and a stabilisation of prices.

Most expensive flats in Zagreb sold at fastest rate

ZAGREB, Jan 21 (Croatia Sun News) – The lion’s share of newly built flats in Zagreb are sold fast, and some of those properties manage to reach a price of over €3,000 per square metre, according to the latest market trends.
